Workshops organised

  • A one-day Workshop to commemorate the first decadal anniversary of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science on 11th Feb 2025 was organized by me. The event, themed "Empowering Girls for Participation in STEM: Fostering Awareness for Inclusive Education," aimed to encourage and inspire young women to actively pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). A workshop organized for undergraduate female students from prestigious women’s colleges of the University of Delhi, namely Gargi College, Kalindi College, Lady Irwin College, Deshbandhu College, and Miranda House was aimed to interaction with them and encourage and inspire them to actively pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
  • Workshop on “Women leaders in CSIR: Experiences on work-life balance” was organised on 10th March 2022.
  • Workshop on Implementation plan of the Project “Mainstreaming Gender in STEM through Gender budgeting: A CSIR”, held on 11th February 2021 with field experts.
  • Organised an interactive session for Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS BAWANA students under the JIGYASA programme at CSIR-NISTADS on theme “Air Pollution” 29th August 2019.
  • Organised an interactive session of women staff of CSIR-NISTADS to celebrate the International Women’s day. The outcome of the discussions were submitted to Director CSIR-NISTADS for improving the wok-life balance of the women.
  • Celebration of International Women’s day celebration at CSIR-NIScPR where all the women staff of CSIR-NIScPR was invited to discuss various issues of concern to them.
  • Coordinator of Communal Harmony Awareness Programme at CSIR-NIScPR in which a lecture was organised for its awareness and donation drive conducted for the cause.
