Constitution of Internal Complaints Committee IC for considering complaints of sexual harassment of women employees at CSIR-NIScPR:
In accordance with the Section 04 of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Prevention Prohibition and Redressal Act 2013, the Director, CSIR-NIScPR has been pleased to reconstitute the Internal Complaints Committee (IC) for redressal of complaints regarding any sexual harassment at workplace.

The committee shall function in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned act.
The Chairperson and members shall hold office for the period of one year, till May 2026.

In a significant move aimed at bolstering workplace safety for women, the Ministry of Women and Child Development has launched the new SHe-Box portal on 29th August 2024. The centralized platform is designed to create a repository of information related to Internal Committee (IC) established across the country and to streamline the registration and monitoring of complaints related to sexual harassment in the workplace.
